- Yes, this is one of the TTL "glue" chips in the reset circuit I mentioned. But
- I've not run into nearly as many of those that were bad as ROMs. Add to that
- that the ROM and other chips I mentioned are socketed and you can see why It's
- best to check them first if you are doing it via parts-swap diagnostics.
